Does it need internet to work?
No. This is about your cell phone signal, not Wi-Fi. The system pulls in cellular signal from the nearest tower and amplifies it inside your home. No internet connection, no Wi-Fi calling, no monthly fees.
How long does the installation take?
A minimum of 4 hours. Some homes with tricky roof access or complex cabling runs take longer. We do everything in one visit — equipment, cabling, mounting, testing. You don’t need to do anything except be home.
What if it doesn’t work?
If we can’t get you a usable signal, you don’t pay. That’s our money-back guarantee. Before we install, we confirm the outside signal is strong enough to boost. If it’s not, we’ll tell you up front.
What’s the warranty?
The CelFi Go41 hardware comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty from Nextivity. On top of that, we offer a 1-year labor warranty — if anything fails because of how we installed it, we fix it free.
One exception: the lightning arrestor. If it blows, the system stops working — but that means we installed it correctly and the arrestor protected your electronics from a lightning strike. That’s the arrestor doing its job.
